Honorary Life Member Award
The volunteers of Mossman Elementary PTA are truly the heart of the association. As the largest child advocacy group our leaders and hard-working volunteers deserve to be recognized. Thank that special person who acts as a tireless advocate for children’s education, health, and well-being by honoring them with one of the following awards.

Honorary Life Membership Award
Receiving an Honorary Life Membership Award is one of the highest forms of recognition to let a volunteer know how much you truly appreciate their dedication to our children and the community.
Extended Service Award
In 1987, the Texas PTA Board of Directors developed criteria for the awarding of an Extended Service Award to those people who have continued to give outstanding service to the Texas PTA. The recipient must have been actively involved in the Texas PTA for 10 years and be a Texas PTA Honorary Life Member

Rules
While an individual may receive multiple Texas PTA Honorary Life Member and Extended Service Awards, they should not receive more than one from the same PTA.
The recipient of an Honorary Life Member Award does not have to be a PTA member, nor must the service for which the honor has been bestowed be connected with the PTA. The only requirement for receiving this honor is that the recipient is making, or has made, a worthwhile contribution to the well being of children and youth.
