We are happy to announce that Mossman is participating in the REFLECTIONS program this year! What is that, you ask?
Started in 1969 by the Colorado PTA President Mary Lou Anderson, Reflections has encouraged millions of students to express themselves by giving positive recognition for their artistic efforts. Students in preschool through grade 12 may create and submit works of art in six categories:
Dance choreography
Film production
Literature
Musical composition
Photography
and Visual Arts.
If you have a KNIGHT that would like to contribute something, the turn in date will be annouced. Watch Facebook for more information about the program. Be aware, though, one of the rules is that "The student or at least one person from their primary household must be a current member of the Local PTA/PTSA where the student is participating. Each Local PTA/PTSA may determine a date by which the member must join."
That means if you haven't already visited joinpta.org you will need to do that ASAP. We will give you a couple of days to get that done, and more information soon.
