1. Select Size
2. Complete Child's Name - Please enter or we will not be able to deliver to your child.
3. Complete Child's Grade - Please enter or we will not be able to deliver to your child.
4. Click Add To Cart
5. PayPal will pop up in a New Window
6. To add additional click on "Continue Shopping in PayPal Window" located in the top right corner.  You will be redirected back to the order form.
7. Select Size again, Follow Steps 1-4.  The additional orders will appear on the PayPal Window.
