It is VERY IMPORTANT to follow the steps below to assure that your student gets their planner.
Cost of the Planner is $4.00
Step One: Click below and pay the $4.00, then return to this page once your payment is confirmed.
Step Two: Fill out the following form. You will receive a confirmation on the screen that your form has been submitted. A member of our PTA will follow up with you in next few days to coordinate getting the planner to your student. Please watch for updates on the MossmanPTAOfficial Facebook page.
Once both steps are complete, just be patient! A Mossman PTA Volunteer will be contacting you!
