Volunteers
We thank you in advance for volunteering to help make this huge, fun event possible for our community. We have students at Bayside and Clear Falls helping out too (this is a great way to earn service hours), but it really does take a Knights Village! Parents, grandma, grandpa, older brother and sisters... bring them all! We appreciate it!

Grade Level Games- We are needing each grade level to make sure their grade level game has volunteer coverage. If you haven't already done so, make sure to sign-up for your students grade level game. Put your student's teacher name in the notes section. The teacher with the most volunteer hours will receive a prize. The grade level with the most volunteer hours will also receive a grade level wide prize.

Get your tickets at the Carnival online store! Order forms also went home with students. There will be in-person ticket sales the week of carnival.
T-shirt pre-orders closed Oct. 3. We'll have a limited quantity at carnival for purchase. The t-shirts will be black with the designs below in bright orange.

Donations

Families can be sponsors too and make donations at the Carnival online store.
We made a monster to collect candy bag donations. The candy bags will be used for carnival prizes, grab bags, Mossman's trunk or treat, and the rest given to the teachers. When students bring a bag of candy, they will be able to open the monster's mouth and throw the bag inside to "feed the monster." The monster is located in front of the library. We have many fun games and activities planned for the Carnival and your help is appreciated! We're asking each grade to donate the following items:
***Please do not send cakes or baked goods until Friday (10/21) and do not include anything that needs to be refrigerated.*** You can send items in with your child or drop off items in the front office. PTA will be in the car rider line to help collect items the week of Carnival. |
