Why should I donate and/or become a sponsor? 
  • 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: Your contribution helps us enhance the Mossman experience for students and families.

Silent Auction Donations: If you have products, services, experiences or unique items you'd like to donate to our silent auction, we'd be thrilled to include them. Please contact Rachael Hudson to donate. The deadline for silent auction donations is Oct. 9th. 

Sponsorship Opportunities: We have various sponsorship levels available to fit your budget. Sponsor levels are listed below and you can signup online or contact Clarissa Webster for more info. The deadline for Sponsorships is Oct. 9th.

Volunteers

We thank you in advance for volunteering to help make this huge, fun event possible for our community. We will have students from Bayside and Clear Falls helping out too (this is a great way to earn service hours), but it really does take a Knights' Village! Parents, grandma, grandpa, older brother and sisters... bring them all! We appreciate it! 

Monster Mash Carnival Store


AVAILABLE NOW!!! 
​ Get your wristbands and punch cards for games and food vouchers.  There will be in-person sales the week of the carnival. 
  • Presale wristband & punch card sales will close Oct.20th. Punch cards will be sold with 10 punches/each for $10.
  • Wristband & punch card combos will be $20 presale pricing 
  • Food combo vouchers will be sold for $5/each. Each combo includes 1 pizza slice OR hotdog, chips and a water. ​

​​All items will be delivered to your student's classroom Friday, Oct 25th. ​

Donations

The Candy Monster WILL BE BACK this year to collect candy bag donations before Carnival. The candy bags will be used for game prizes, grab bags and the rest given to the teachers. When students bring a bag of candy, they will be able to open the monster's mouth and throw the bag inside to "feed the monster." The monster will located in front of the library.

We have many fun games and activities planned for the Carnival and your help is appreciated! We're asking each grade to donate the following items:
  • 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 - 2 liter sodas
  • 𝟑𝐫𝐝 & 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 - Cakes (9x9 or 8x8 covered disposable pans preferred for easy stacking at the Cake Walk)  Must be shelf stable! 
  • 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 - 2 liter sodas
  • 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝟏𝐬𝐭 - Cookies and brownies (Please separate 2 baked items per baggie & indicate if items are gluten free, dairy free or contain nuts or nut flour)
  • Pre-K- Bags of Dum Dums

***We will be accepting baked goods starting Wednesday Oct 23rd- Friday Oct 25th and Cakes only on Friday Oct 25th (please do not send in before these days) and do not include anything that needs to be refrigerated. All cakes need to be shelf stable***

You can send items in with your child or drop off items in the front office. PTA will be in the car rider line to help collect items the week of Carnival.

Silent Auction

Room Parent teams will be reaching out to coordinate classroom baskets to contribute to the Silent Auction.
