I hereby grant permission for the Mossman PTA to use a photo I submitted on the PTA website to showcase MossmanPTA events and programs. I agree that all photos submitted are allowed to be shared for use with Sandra Mossman Elementary and other CCISD enities for use on their platforms (Example: yearbook). It is my responsibility to confirm with all individuals and their guardians that this photo is suitable and approved for submission to Mossman PTA. I understand that no names of children will be posted with said photo. *
